Worked on CM1415FNW printer

Googled how to enter the setup menu, after rotating the roller, unplugged the power cord, turned the printer back [holding the scanner] (the toner is still in) and used The two small screws to carefully pry open the drivers on the left and right (above) of the reel were easy to pull out. Then put a new one in, make sure it clicks, and rotate the printer back to its normal rest position. Connected and test pages worked fine.
