I bought another tablet from Huion prior to this and I was happy about it, so I thought I'd buy this too. Turns out it was a mistake. As soon as this tablet arrived my first tablets pen broke down. I contacted their support and they told me they will replace it if I pay the shipping, which I did. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received the replacement. What's worst as soon as I finished by complaint to their support this tablet's pen started to malfunction (1,5 months after buying it) and within the week it was unusable. I didn't contact Huion again since it was clear their support is not good and I have 2 dead tablets. I went with another brand for my next tablet.So in summary, their pens are very easily broken and unless you are in a place that can get easy access to their support I would suggest avoiding it. Go for a different brand.
