That's a lot of light
The lamps are too bright for our purposes. We tried one on a bed frame for midnight bathroom visits. It was like a runway in an airport. In fact, all we need is a glow to guide us. Tried one on the stairs in the hall and the lamp was too bright in our eyes. Probably best for task lighting, closet and such.
