Review on PBXact by James Duffield

I really like how quickly my employees were able to figure out it was worth switching over from our old solution because of its user friendly interface! It's great software that has helped grow business at work while providing us more efficiency in doing calls as well. Nothing so far about this product as we are still learning everything there seems very easy going which makes me feel comfortable using their products. Have not experienced any problems thus no dislikes yet either but will let you know if anything comes up!! We have been looking into other options before moving forward when considering new VoIP solutions; however once i saw what they had done here with ease of use & customer support service -it made all decision making easier knowing where the issues would be addressed by them vs another provider.
