I appreciate that the system is able to integrate with other systems such as Slack and Trello which allows us to keep track of projects across the organization. Also I really like that there are a lot of prebuilt templates available, so we don't have to spend a ton of time building templates for each new contract. I wish there was an easier way to send out mass emails to clients about upcoming projects or projects under construction. We have been able to streamline our processes and make sure every project gets completed, and also communicate more effectively with our client base. The ease of use is very intuitive even if there are many features that can be confusing at first glance. If we have questions or concerns about using an advanced feature in the software they will help us understand how best to utilise this product with little work required from their end! We've been able to streamline processes through creating forms which has enabled more timely responses as well helping reduce manual errors - resulting in less risk when dealing with clients' data.
