I cut out the spot like this for those who have trouble.

For those having trouble, I cut spot welds by centering the weld, drill with a 1/16" drill bit (yes I break a few), this saves the top points from spot welding Milling cutters from rolls I dip the spot weld milling cutter in water soluble cutting oil for each cut to help the bit last longer. Hold the hammer evenly until it stops. Pop up.
