Excellent customer experience and professional approach
I like how they know exactly what is needed for SEO (on-page optimization)and where it needs improvement after an audit with insights provided by Google tools such as SpyFu or SEMRush etc..It helps me identify gaps between my website's performance & business goals so there should be less wasted time looking into this area!The costumer service can use some work/improvement but other then these minor issues everything was great from start till finish!!They also helped us setup custom analytics tracking codes which made our life much easier managing data collection across multiple sites / properties while monitoring ROI via KPIs set up within those dashboards. The team at GLM is great! They are very responsive when I have questions or concerns about my website(s) as well as how it looks/works for clients using them during searches related to our practice area (we're an employment agency). Our websites were not mobile friendly nor had they been designed with SEO best practices implemented into each page's structure - both issues resolved by Gladiators' work!!
