The integration with our supply chain system makes it very easy for us to view all of our orders in one place which was incredibly important as we had many suppliers that needed to be managed separately but were interlinked within our own software package. We are not using their CRM module so cannot comment thereon however I believe this would also have been useful. It has made order management much more efficient for us. Being able to link our stock control data directly into the system means less time spent searching through paper records or emailing colleagues about orders.
