These stencils are made of phenolic material and are bolted down for use with fasteners. The templates are strong, easy to hold and control, and allow for flawless corner cutting on a router table or traditional router. I've used them on cherry, walnut, white oak and yellow pine every time with flawless results. They do the work of templates that cost 4-5 times more money and they're still high quality and feel good in your hands. They don't look cheap or fake. The pack can be used as a storage unit in a desk drawer (I still use it and it holds up just like any other storage product I have).
