I have a TV that is a few years old and only has 3 HDMI ports. With game consoles, cable box, rock etc. I had to unplug something every day, I wanted to switch to something else. I've tried another HDMI switch in the past and it was awful (it should automatically detect smh). It's perfect! The length of the cord is perfect - just enough for me to hide behind the TV for easy access. Image quality is amazing on all three. The light makes it easy to see which import you're using (1, 2, or 3), and the button makes it easy to switch. I recommend adding a label to your cables or the switch so you know what's in which import, but switching is easy enough that it's no big deal.
