Another lesson in carefree hasty buying of things from Revain just because the reviews look decent and the price is cheap. my fault I have another dual monitor mount on another desk that is much more expensive ($265+) but also much more secure. When you rotate the monitor down, it loosens its own screws, causing the monitor to just freely fall inward and fail to hold its position when you rotate it back. So you need to make sure you have a wrench with you to retighten it every time. It never bothers a more expensive mount. I don't want to say that this is false advertising as it fulfills its basic functions according to one definition of the word 'perform' but I can't say I would ever recommend this product. to anyone. If you can spend more money for a better product and less frustration, do it.
