CDN Oven Thermometer

Although this product was rated "Best" in the device test by a renowned bakery, the thermometer took 30 minutes to register 350 degrees. My old thermometer reached 350 degrees in 10 minutes. Definitely not an instant reader. It was no easier to read than an old thermometer.
