Broken after two weeks on heaters

When I received this item it was working perfectly and appeared to have excellent heat dissipation. Fast forward almost two weeks and the on/off button is broken so the device doesn't work. I would have sent back but I obviously overdid it and discarded the original packaging. Very upset that I spent money on this item which has almost never been used. :-(
