My kids use this thing non-stop. I have it out in our living area. They twist on it, try and do a 360* with it while jumping, rock and walk with it, and just simply balance on it. It is such an effective way for all of us to engage our core while just hanging out. It is also really durable. The bottom has a thick plastic cover, adhered super tight, to prevent your floors from getting messed up. It's made from 1 solid piece of wood. The curve is pretty gentle, so even my 6 yr old can use it successfully. It's been a lot of fun to have around.
