I had a sluggish bathtub drain and this 25 foot snail snake allowed me to fix the problem after several tries. Although he pulled out a few balls of material, the last attempt apparently pushed the main clog into the large main pipe, where it could then be flushed out of the system. I put a towel in the tub to keep the metal snake from scratching the paint. The snake became quite frothy as I repeatedly pushed it down the drain and pulled it out again. When I was done, I rinsed it out in the tub and left it in the garage to dry. Now it rolls back and waits for the next time it's needed.
