A little colder is best in the kitchen and dining room.
Slightly colder than another set I bought a while back that had stone cubes. Talk about bourbon on the rocks. I'm guessing because bourbon has something of a hot/spicy flickr, the liquid isn't actually cold. However, these steel cubes are better than the stone cubes I've bought before.
