This tool has changed my life in business. I suffered from a tunnel tunnel in my wrist due to work in general, which I can only assume I was annoyed with the grinding. I used DeWalt before switching to Mirka and it was uncomfortable and heavy which made hanging sanding (e.g. sanding the edge of a board) painful, especially after a long session. In comparison, this grinder is incredibly light. The center of gravity is quite low and compact, which makes it easier to hold the workpiece and also makes it more manoeuvrable. The vibration of this tool is so low that I no longer need gloves, and it's impressively quiet. I've been using this grinder for about 6 months on a heavy duty basis and inevitably there has been an electrical issue (I actually live in a rainforest where humidity is very high year round). I sent it back to Mirka with a brief explanation of what had happened and how I was hoping they could fix it for me. Ten days later I had a brand new grinder in a new Systainer box and all the original accessories that came with the first one. Not only is the tool itself impressive, but the customer service and warranty are top notch.
