Review on 🕶️ OX3009 Bottle Rocket Eyewear Frames by Tanner Miller

I bought this frame 8 months ago to replace a pair that only lasted about a year (ie 2 pairs in less than 2 years!). In both cases the same type of breakage: the inner part at the loop that separates the headband from the headband is broken. (The spring loop is the small piece between the broken arm and the headgear in the second picture). The first time I thought I accidentally broke the loop while it was in the jacket. But this time, while wearing glasses, I felt the tension in one arm release. No sudden or abrupt movements. The loop just broke. It seems like the spring pivot that provides the snug fit I love so much in the frame can't handle the tension often used to extend and fold the arms, and when the mechanism is damaged it is a lot , very difficult to repair. The frame looks very nice and very stylish. but due to the limited shelf life it is not worth the price.
