Extremely Low Quality
It can't be made of steel or even remotely called durable. It looks like it's made of aluminum. The finish is incredibly poorly applied and basically looks like it has been sprayed. There are scratches, missing finishes, etc. Maybe paying $10 for it would be ok, but it can't cost more than $50.
