It's definitely a little quiet but I just turn up the volume on my laptop/phone and it works fine. Note that this may not be suitable for noisier environments - I've only used mine in quiet environments and don't know how loud it will be. Everything else is great so far. Considering it's only $16 I'd say it was worth my money. (Note that it only comes with ONE earbud. I didn't realize this at first - was surprised when I opened the box and there was only one, but I went back to the product page and saw that it was indeed correct. I have it really enjoyed using it It's only one ear so it's ok - just make sure you understand it's 1 and not a pair) EDIT: There was a small issue using it with iTunes, but it seems to be working now. I found a setting somewhere in iTunes under "Audio Output" where there were options "Windows Audio Session" and "Direct Audio". I switched it to "Direct Audio" which required restarting iTunes and that seemed to fix the problem. I don't know though, maybe just restarting iTunes fixed it; I read somewhere on a forum that others had a similar problem and simply restarting iTunes fixed it. I think you need to experiment more. iTunes.EDIT 2: No more problems with iTunes or anything. Upgrading my rating to 5/5 stars (from 4/5 previously); Great little headphones, couldn't be happier!
