Two defective hoses and the seller did not return my money. The first tube was defective, I asked for a refund and instead they sent a second tube without my permission. The second hose was also defective, tried returning it and the same problem. Still waiting for a refund for the product. The hose is poorly attached to the nozzle and is leaking air. Doesn't have enough power to pick up dirt because the hose is leaking. Numerous positive reviews and was very disappointed. Both hoses I received were of poor quality and defective. We are still working with the returns team to resolve this issue.
