Smells like burnt plastic, Teflon comes off on first use.
I am very thankful that I put parchment paper between my shirt and the iron the first time I used it because part of the Teflon coating immediately peeled off leaving dark stains all over the paper. If I didn't use parchment paper it would be all over the shirt. Maybe it would wash out, I don't know, but I didn't like it at all. It also smelled very strongly of burnt plastic. And this went on for a few days as I tried using it a few more times.
