I would give this brush 5 stars because I appreciate that Colgate sells brushes with ultra fine bristles that gently clean deep gum lines. I can feel food particles coming off my gums when I brush my teeth, my mouth improves after brushing and my periodontal health remains good. However, the handle near the brush head has a triangular section and no matter how I hold it, I have less control compared to a regular handle. It is particularly difficult to rotate the brush, as I have to do when I have to alternate between brushing my teeth inside out. Worse, after a minute or so the pen becomes slippery and often slips out of my hand in the mouth, becoming a plastic pen that I have to pull out, rinse, and rearrange before I can resume this simple daily activity. Life. I thank Colgate for considering new designs, but the one they chose for this brush is poor ergonomically and functionally. It would be better if they just stuck with a regular rectangular handle.
