ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! for phone accessories

Please research carefully before buying this model! We purchased Plantronics Voyager Focus headsets for use with our Polycom VVK600 phone system; it was wonderful. However, some employees wanted a headset with just one earpiece because they needed to be able to hear what was going on in the office, so we bought a Savi 8200. Problems!1. Difficulty pairing and connecting to Polycom2 phones. Randomly disconnects from phones and requires re-pairing and reconnecting (see #1)3. Poor connection latency 4. When you answer an incoming call, it sometimes says "Connecting" and sometimes it doesn't, so you never know if you're connected or not5. Charges only from the AC jack on the docking station; does not charge via USB6. You must hold down the buttons on the dock to keep the headset active. This completely defeats the purpose of a Bluetooth headset, which you should be using when away from your desk. Very short return period: 30 days We struggled with these headsets for about 6 weeks - we tried very hard to get them to work. Then, of course, I was made aware of the 30-day return period. I love Voyager Focus headsets and HATE Savi 8200 headsets. Hope this helps someone else.
