I worked at Marketo for 4 years as Client Success Manager where my role was to work with clients who use our products across their organization - from senior leadership through CMO's down into Sales Teams- this gave me great experience working within different functions all over marketology! The most valuable part about being there during it’s growth phase? It felt like we were building something special together while having access to some really smart people along side us (CMI) which made those experiences even better!! Some things that would be nice are 1.) A little bit less bureaucracy/ red tape around project approvals2.). More transparency3). Less formal structure when talking amongst individuals4. Better communication between departments5. We need someone else to join forces so they become your teammate rather than "just" another employee you have to manage6.- Make sure everyone understands what needs.
