This is the best laptop i have ever owned. And I had 4 others. This thing is damn fast, has a great screen, and loads almost instantly. My last laptop was also an Intel Core I7 which was slow and stuck from day one. I have owned and built my own computers since 1984. I have never been able to understand the problems with this Toshiba laptop for 4 years. It was nearly identical in performance to this new HP. So I was very skeptical about buying another type with the same type of processor. But I pulled the trigger on this HP Core 7 and am very glad I did. This gem is amazing. I looked at many Revain options before deciding on this one as I used to have a good HP laptop. The only thing missing is that I thought this model had a backlit keyboard and it doesn't. It must have been a different model I was looking at. While I love the backlit keyboard, I don't care because this laptop is awesome. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Buy if you need a good laptop, you won't regret it either. Thanks H.P.
