You all know what it's like – you don't realize you need something until you have it. We were late in checking because there was a problem with the delivery. We were told it was delivered on April 21st but when we hadn't had it by April 28th we emailed them. A day or two later they replied that they would send another one and we received it somewhere on May 7th. We ordered directly from the manufacturer and received free shipping. Anyway he loves it. The funny thing is that the instructions say it should be installed by a "qualified person". It took my husband about 20 minutes to hang it on the garage wall. We found it strange.
