Easy tool for call center management and customer communication

I like almost everything about this app from it's simplicity along with ease for my employees (both internal & external). It has helped me communicate within our organization quickly which improves productivity as well! Nothing really not liked yet but nothing major either so far :]. Easy integration into Slack channel - no need to use any 3rd party software or website/API just login your users using their phone numbers! Our sales team uses this tool mainly during outbound calling process where we have hundreds if customers who are called every week about different topics related to selling new product lines etc.. I like how easy it was for me as well my team members who were managing our account using this software! It's very user friendly which helped us manage everything we needed with ease from 1 place!! Nothing so far but if you are looking forward towards something then definitely go ahead because there will be nothing wrong about their services or support they provide too. We used regoupmass notification when i worked @ H&R Block Tax Services LLC (HRB).
