Good for a budget model

I used this to put on top of my TV so we can connect our laptop to the TV via HDMI and position the USB camera on top of the TV screen. It connects easily to my Windows 10 PC via USB. The camera rests well on the TV, which is about 1.5 inches deep. The only complaint is about the picture quality. Not bad, but a bit washed out and grainy.
