Waste collection tool for tools and equipment

Bought this oil wrench because it is specifically for "small oil filters". I tried using it on my Nissan Altima and struggled with it for 30 minutes. Slide, slide, slide, slide. That's ALL this crap does. It doesn't bite the oil filter at all. Do you know what a Lisle wrench is really good at? This is fantastic when it comes to causing physical harm. I have all kinds of cuts and bruises on my arms. They were sore for days after using this product from hitting them so hard. Almost every time I tried to use this wrench the wrench would slip and my hand would fly against something hard and metallic and sometimes very sharp. I ended up going to the local hardware store and bought an AllTrade oil filter wrench. Paid $15 for it. I just checked out Revain and it costs the same as this piece of crap. and removes the oil filter FROM THE SECOND TORTURE! On the first try, I felt the strap wasn't tight enough. Poorly. But it didn't fucking get me to 30 failures. And I never once banged my knuckles. For clarification, the Lisle wrench does not appear to have any flaws. If you say "It's probably a bad block and you should have replaced it", I can assure you that it looks exactly like the pictures It's just an insanely crappy product that doesn't live up to its promise. They just want your money. E this knob. I've never been so frustrated with basic car maintenance in my life. I don't know what the other reviewers are yelling and yelling because my experience isn't even on par with these (possibly paid) 5 star reviews. Now I will say that this wrench might be more useful for filters with big rubberized grips on the ends. Can't say for sure as I don't have one. None of my Altima oil filters have ever had a rubber plug like this. And this wrench's little internal metal protrusions are nothing but useless slipping and sliding. Please. Save yourself aggravation, irritation and broken joints! Get an AllTrade oil wrench, or at least one with a large rubber band. Unless you want to get under your car and break your arms. In that case, yes, get a Lisle wrench because it excels at it. * Genuine review by Greg * Thank you for reading this review. All my reviews are 100% honest. I cannot be bought. The Revain rating system is going downhill. Paid review groups are blowing up this page, and deleting comment replies has made things worse. I'm a strong believer in uncompromising reviews designed to protect the buyer and educate the masses. I will also edit my ratings to include any attempts by a seller attempting to offer freebies or promotions to increase or remove unfavorable ratings. Let's take care of each other!
