You can tell the difference when you wear it; compared to ordinary travellers. I find the stems a bit shorter. You feel a little different. I think the folding function is not what I need/use. I bought these when I lost my regular walkers thinking they would be the same just with the ability to bend. They're comfortable in a lot of ways, but not that comfortable, and the crease is less useful than I thought. In retrospect, I should have just gotten regular travelers. food for thought.
