I LOVE that the color is listed on top of the nail polish as I've found that with other gel polishes it's sometimes impossible to know which color is which unless you open the bottle to see it . I applied 2 coats with no base color. It dried very quickly and I only dried once for each coat. It's also holding up really well - I had a different polish that just peeled off overnight. Orchid Fox does not crack or crack at all. In normal soft yellow light, the holographic effect is not too noticeable, but it becomes more impressive in bright parking lot lighting or other brighter container lighting.
