No fitting instructions included, had to fiddle around a bit. It is stated to be mounted behind the tail light and the supplied "rivet nut" is for the 4th mounting point, however the steel rivet nut should not be steel as it is too difficult to break with the supplied bolt. , must be aluminum and half the diameter. I used a large washer and self tapping screw as the fourth attachment and grounding point for the CB wire.
