The best thing about this service was the ease of use, it was easy to access my files through the website or email. The customer service was great when I had questions during my implementation process. It wasn't as intuitive as I thought it could be at first but once you get used to it everything works well. No other product has saved me as much time compared to what DataSafe did. I had a lot of data that I had to organize and keep track of and it just made life so much easier! We have multiple employees with access to multiple file cabinets and there were always times where they would forget where something was. Now with DataSafe we can see everything that's going on in our office. There is no hiding anything from anyone anymore.
