Bought three of these and you can use one remote control for all three without pairing or additional steps required only for power and control. They sync up and their light profiles complement each other, turning them off and trying again lets you sync them up. They are soft light and you can change the intensity. The remote control is simple, as in the 3rd picture, and has only one color. Edit: Each comes with a battery box which I use. There is a switch on the battery box and I leave it on, but the light turns on randomly throughout the day.
