Should have been returned but the truck is dismantled and waiting. It's definitely not aluminum. This is mild steel. The coating is not powder, but colorful and not permanent. Basically it is anti-rust. The center hole that fits over the cylinder is the wrong size. It is worn over the cylinder but hangs because the base of the cylinder is conical. It deviates in diameter by approx. 1 mm. There's nothing the grinder can't fix, but this mistake shouldn't have meant it passed quality control. Oh, and it's not CNC. Most likely waterjet cutting.
