I bought this flashlight specifically to illuminate my face in zoom meetings and similar situations. It's solidly built, works as advertised, gives enough light for my purposes and the white plastic diffuser keeps it from blinding me as it's mounted just above my line of sight for that purpose. I particularly like the ability to choose three light characteristics (warm, cool, and both) and ten intensity levels. The flexible gooseneck is stiff enough to hold the light in place. Great for this purpose. My only caveat is that neither the light head nor the gooseneck can pivot, so you may need to get a little creative with the bending of the flexible neck and perhaps the clamping angle to get the light head in the exact position you want it in . I just bought another one (read on) for a different use. It doesn't consume much power (minimum 1/4W, maximum 4.4W). I just bought one plus two 10,000mAh "battery packs" which are commonly used to charge cell phones because I realized these indicators can be very helpful in the event of a power outage. At around 1/2 brightness the run time is around 24 hours, a decent amount of light from a compact and economical setup. And last night I found another use by untangling the necklace: I was able to position the light head close to the work and look through the hole in the center at the well lit work piece. Sometimes I do small things like changing watch batteries, so it's convenient for me.
