Not what I was hoping for.
A friend has a 4 inch Kitchenaid Sandoku knife that she has never sharpened and it goes through a cabbage like butter. I bought the larger one (7 inches) expecting the same or better, but it's just another cheap blade that needs sharpening after each use. Nothing special about this knife...
