The overall quality of these pegs is very good. The chrome finish is great, there are no stains on the pair I received. My advice is to watch the video. This gives you some basic editing ideas. Contrary to other reviews, I used BOTH spring clips. The pedal will not hold when only one clamp is installed. It takes some effort, but they get in. Watch the video, there is a right way and a wrong way to install clips. Well, for my setup the pegs seemed to stay taut when set higher on the guard bars. When lowered, they moved. As you can see from the picture I like the front pins. I have long legs and they stretch well :) In general, no complaints. For a fraction of what Harley pegs cost, they're not bad at all. I've attached images of the right and left sides for some editing ideas. I suggest testing everything to make sure you are happy with the setup. IF YOU WANT TO USE LOCTITE I ALSO RECOMMEND TRAVELLING WITH THE SPINGS FOR A WEEK OR TWO TO ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE SITUATION BEFORE APPLYING LOCTITE. There's a very good chance you'll make adjustments. Hope that helps.
