For almost a year I would say this is a "five star" product. then the ticking came back. As awful as the setup on my 2011 Malibu is, it sucks. Please do not buy this product. At this point I have deactivated the drive and will live without maximum control or recirculation mode. Some of you can't do it like it's removed, things like heated seats don't work (which has nothing to do with this company but with automakers and engineers who want you to go to the dealer for every minor change). This also worked for almost a year. So if you buy (not) and ticking starts a year ago, contact the seller. There is a one-year tiered replacement warranty. Hope that helps!
