When I received the product, half of the cutter was jingle and dong. The middle one had two bends. I had to make it straight and round. The quality of the goods is very good, a little soft, but good. I made a creamy donut out of this and it cuts really well. So if they put it in a box or cover it with some kind of board to protect it, it won't be damaged. It's a bad idea to just wrap it in plastic to ship the item. I was going to return it but I hate going back to UPS so I decided to keep it. I think the quality of the cutter is very good. Only the packaging is bad.
