Review on Peg Perego Viaggio Shuttle Plus by April Kahn

At first we liked this booster. When changing to another car, it then opened up and was no longer upright. A piece on the back slipped over another piece preventing the booster from sitting upright. The plastic was stretched significantly and when I sent the photo to Perego under warranty they refused to fix it and said I had to buy a new case for $225. They told me to just pry the seat open with a screwdriver, which 1) didn't work and 2) seemed really unsafe given that it's goddamn car seat reinforcement and the plastic was stressed and broken. So disappointed with this company. We had to throw away this booster (and our $300) entirely.
