ETA 4/22/2021.I ended up keeping this. I added my own small sheet metal screw to secure the handle. The issue with the locking mechanism seemed to correct itself shortly after I began using it a few times. I used this to move my art space from the basement to the second floor. I ended up finding a box that was the perfect size and tall and used two bungees to secure at top and bottom sections. I filled that thing up many many times and I had no issues. It works really well in fact. My only gripe is that the extension of the handle isn’t great. If it extended a bit more to make the ergonomics of pulling it easier, I’d love it! But I do like it. It has held up with many many loads.Product had a couple of issues upon opening. As you can see from photos, top handle is missing the rivet on the one side and the plastic handle slid right off the upright bar. Also, the buttons that are activated from pressing the underside of the second handle down did not work correctly and didn’t lock. They seem to be locking now after a little use but worried they may again not making it difficult. I am able to use it when holding the second handle because the top handle isn’t connected fully, but it is awkward. The handle could be a little taller as is and having to lift from the second bar isn’t ideal. Will ask for a replacement and hope it is properly constructed. Not sure I’d approach the weight limits on this. Maybe the second one will feel more sturdy.
