Good replacement for the old worn out unit but will not work with polarized lenses
The display itself looks very good and looks OEM. Installation is not that difficult. There are many videos on YouTube showing how to do this and this is a great opportunity to clean the inside of the display glass which has accumulated some dust over the years. I had to give it a star because the original Mercedes Benz device was not polarized so I could see it with sunglasses. The new block goes completely blank when viewed through polarized sunglasses, and I have to tilt my head to the side to see it. This can be a deal breaker for some people. I'll probably end up buying an official Mercedes because I live in Florida and we need sunglasses.
