Edit to add: Big issue with Apple products lately: No matter what OS update they do (on Macbook and iPhone), the sound is OFF. Battery? High. The volume controls worked (I saw them moving up and down on the device) but NO sound. My FIL suggested decoupling and repairing and it worked on both devices, thank goodness as we were afraid to return them. So if you have a similar problem, give it a try! We really like these headphones. They're not the craziest noise canceling out there, but for the price, they get the job done. The volume and clarity of the sound is great :) and I have big ears and they cover them completely (I hate my ears getting smashed with other noise canceling headphones). We've had the red pair for over a year with no issues, we've had the black pair for a few months when we had an iOS audio issue, but other than that they're great :) Enjoy! My husband reminded me that the Mac had a problem. with those red headphones from Zoom and during the pandemic (but customer support was quick and put out a patch so I'd say they were worth it. He said he doesn't have the problem anymore).
