Service was very fast compared to other providers I have used in past - no complaints here! Easy install of new plugins or themes with one click from dashboard is fantastic as well. Support team could be more active when it comes to minor issues but they are quick at solving those problems if you bring up major concerns like security breaches etc or downtime/data loss incidents (but then again that's expected). We use this service primarily due credit card processing so we need stability there too which means less time spent maintaining servers ourselves. I like that it's easy to use with all of my favorite features included in one place! It also has great customer service which makes me feel more comfortable using their product than other companies out there (like GoDaddy). The only thing about this software/hoster i dislike so far are some minor bugs here or ther but nothing major at least not yet anyways :) try them you will be glad they exist!! Easy setup & quick support team who can help if needed as well!
