Amazing Platform - Friendly Community

The customer service is amazing and the team is always willing to help. The platform is easy to integrate with and I am able to build a complex API for my clients. This is a great platform, with a very friendly and helpful community. The learning curve is a little steep.

I had to do a lot of research and trial and error to figure out how to use the platform. It would be great if the documentation was more thorough. I'm solving data integration issues for my clients. I can access their data in real-time and build a more personalized experience.

Pros

Support from sales engineers ability make changes without waiting hours or days.
Easy way around limitations within CMS platforms like Magento 2's OMS feature set / REST APIs that don't support all features we need at our agency level client workstreams! :)
