I've spent money on more than one type of spare parts for these vacuum cleaners. The brand I own changes models frequently and then discontinues parts for the previous model and tells customers how to cut or fit replacement parts to make it work. This is unsatisfactory. I've only had a robot for two years - this is Koredi - and when it needs to be replaced I choose a better known brand. The replacement parts are not as good as the original parts and it is very difficult to get them to work. Nobody wants confusion and useless customer support for a handy device that costs hundreds.
