The best part of Zumvu is the ease of use. It's a simple platform to use and understand. It's a great way to build your email lists and keep customers informed of new products and services. The support team is fantastic and very knowledgeable. They are always quick to respond and make suggestions. I would like to see a little more personalization in the platform. Like being able to tag certain customers and send them emails based on tags. The platform is very easy to use and allows for a lot of flexibility. I am able to send emails to my customers and segment them based on the products they purchased or the channels they use to purchase products. This allows me to send my customers emails that are relevant to their interests.
