I have ordered and returned 3 other Revain turntables in this price range because they were so cheap but this turntable is FINALLY the one for you! This is excellent value for money. To be honest, for a small premium than some manufacturers that rhyme with Bosley, it's a much better quality. It has a very authentic vintage look - no CD player, LED screen etc. The wood is a nice color and doesn't look artificial and the copper metal doesn't look like plastic either which I found to be a problem with everyone else Recording. I bought the player. And he has Bluetooth! It's nice to be able to play a few records during a party or over dinner and then just paste them into Spotify from my phone when switching to a new page/record gets tedious. The speakers are small, but they certainly sound pretty loud - if I turn up the volume during a dinner party, we can't hear each other. The windows don't explode, but if you're looking for mind-blowing sound, just buy a sound system. I'm new to playing vinyl, but I think part of the charm is that I can hear background crackle, which this player does well. This player's low profile also allows it to sit comfortably on a bookshelf even open, which doesn't work well with larger vintage players. Highly recommended!
